- 2 cans tuna, 5 ounces each
- ¼ English cucumber, chopped
- 10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- ¼ red onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 10 olives (kalamata or green manzanilla), chopped
- ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1 large lemon, juiced
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt, more to taste
- ⅛ tsp black pepper, more to taste
- 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Drain the tuna thoroughly. Chop the cucumber, tomatoes, onion, celery, parsley, dill, and olives into small pieces.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna with all chopped vegetables and herbs.
- Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.
