  • 8 oz lobster meat
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan Reggiano cheese
  • Jumbo pasta shells
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter (divided)
  • Aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add lobster and crab meat, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine the seafood mixture with cream cheese, half the mozzarella, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook jumbo shells according to package directions until al dente; drain and cool slightly.
  4. In the skillet, make the sauce by melting butter and whisking in flour to form a roux. Gradually add heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan and remaining mozzarella until creamy.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), spread some sauce in a baking dish, fill shells with the seafood mixture, and place them in the dish. Pour remaining sauce on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden.
