- 8 oz lobster meat
- 8 oz lump crab meat
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan Reggiano cheese
- Jumbo pasta shells
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ tablespoons butter (divided)
- Aluminum foil
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add lobster and crab meat, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine the seafood mixture with cream cheese, half the mozzarella, salt, and pepper.
- Cook jumbo shells according to package directions until al dente; drain and cool slightly.
- In the skillet, make the sauce by melting butter and whisking in flour to form a roux. Gradually add heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan and remaining mozzarella until creamy.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), spread some sauce in a baking dish, fill shells with the seafood mixture, and place them in the dish. Pour remaining sauce on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden.
