  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • For topping: melted dairy-free butter, garlic powder, salt, Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer, combine gluten-free flour, sugar, yeast, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Gradually add warm water, eggs, and olive oil; mix until combined.
  4. Beat the dough on medium speed for 5 minutes until slightly thick.
  5. Transfer dough to a quart ziplock bag; snip off a corner and pipe onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Let rise for about 15 minutes before baking for 15-17 minutes or until lightly browned.
