Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked chicken (shredded/chopped)
  • 9 oz frozen spinach (thawed and well drained)
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts (chopped)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in the cooked chicken, spinach, chopped artichokes, and parmesan cheese until evenly mixed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9" x 13" baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 375°F; then increase the oven temperature to 400°F and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
