- 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked chicken, spinach, chopped artichokes, and parmesan cheese until evenly mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9" x 13" baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 375°F; then increase the oven temperature to 400°F and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
