- 1/4th tsp Baking powder (1g)
- 1/4th cup Liquid egg whites (60g)
- 1/3 cup Fat free greek yogurt (75g)
- 1–2 tbsp Water (25g)
- 3 drops Red food coloring
- 1/2 tbsp White chocolate chips (7g)
- 1 Strawberry
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, cornstarch, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, mix liquid egg whites, Greek yogurt, water, and food coloring until smooth.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown; add white chocolate chips after flipping.
