- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
- 3 tbsp powdered Swerve Sweetener
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 ounce sugar free dark chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine almond flour, cocoa powder, powdered Swerve Sweetener, and salt in a bowl. Add melted butter and water; mix until crumbly. Press into a 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Beat softened cream cheese with powdered Swerve Sweetener and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
