  • 1 pound chicken breast (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 inch ginger (minced)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 head broccoli (chopped)
  • 1 large bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 batch keto stir fry sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the keto stir fry sauce, sesame oil, and optional chili sauce. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, mix chopped chicken with almond flour until evenly coated.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until nearly cooked through; remove from the pan.
  4. In the same pan, sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add onion, broccoli, and bell pepper; cook until tender.
  5. Return chicken to the pan and pour in the prepared sauce. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.
